my take on the S3
They do not need money so
1)Ferris wants out
2)Poison Pill?
3)trying to purchase a company - (ferris cannot handle this one why should he purchase another one)
4)scared out takeover
5)Ferris is scared out shareholders

Damn I am good - did i not call it a few weeks ago

time is now to add our shares together for a takeover. its now or never. we all might disagree on the leadership but we all will lose any attempt to at least get 1 person on the BOD if not done now. We can stop Ferris and yes we can do a class action atleast to try and stop F-Ferris.

lets start counting our shares and show power. we can get 30-35% no questions asked as we did a few years ago when we almost stopped board member elections 48%-52%.

he pulled the same BS with the reverse stock split and then again with another reverse stock split. We might be able to go after him on the second stock split as if you all remember he 1st wanted a 20-1 but realized it would fail so he went for 10-1. then a year or 2 later went with a 2-1 reverse essentially getting to his 20-1.

well unite or we all will get slaughtered by the wolf's
