I find it hard to comprehend why bob/burlend refuse to create an inferior product and find new sales avenues but would rather make there 1% profit gain per year and then manipulate and fight with the shareholder.

If you think anybody is coming to buy vtsi then you are playing right into bobs hands. There will be more shares issued by the end of this.
