I forget the name of the company, but last year Jakey bought a majority of the commons in some OTC shell and claimed that he had control. He announced all sorts of plans including doing a RM of his super duper music rights company into the shell. The stock price rose dramatically as the usual suspects stood and cheered. It was pointed out to poor Jakey that there were preferreds that had control of the ticker. His daddy gave Jakey all sorts of money and JN is doing a bang up job of squandering every dollar of it.

I don't know why this is really being discussed here, other than he's potentially a scammer. Pro-m doesn't appear to be a public company yet?
