lol. Because awareness campaign people do not care what kind of stock it is, they just need a vehicle to promote and create a period of volume for themselves and their clients to unload. l-m-gr was probably front loaded recently or in the last 6 months, sometimes even further back than that.

The legality, condition or quality of a company is totally irrelevant when it comes to stock promotion as long as the stock is 'listed' at least on the otcm. And now in recent months, it doesn't matter if the ticker is grey market as the otcm is helping them out greatly with the promotions.
