FFS, how long has the FDA had the generic submissions? Quite awhile I think. Additionally the amount of review for a generic is substantially less than a branded drug. I for one refuse to board this conspiracy train. I doubt the FDA had this as a priority. I hardly doubt they have an agenda to kill Amarin so let’s approve the application ASAP.

As it relates to my comments being ironic, I don’t see it that way. Does it happen yes. Nothing is perfect in are world. I just won’t stereo type the entire judicial system. As it relates to the Flynn case, you say it doesn’t apply. Perhaps. Yo say it’s politics, perhaps. Yet, what was DU’s decision? True judiciary finesse??

I won’t argue with you. There is no point. It’s unproductive. However, the news wasn’t devastating. At least the market didn’t see it that way.
