North Carolina's battle with COVID started as a slow burn but as they are reopening, cases continue to increase. It is not the only state to exhibit this issue. CV has moved from the coasts inward.
The new daily case numbers can be deceiving because New York accounted for 35% of the cases 3 weeks ago but now only accounts for 22% of total cases. This week Alabama and Arkansas had their biggest spike ever.
We'll have a good sense of how this is working out by mid-June.
