One other idea. If a parent has children with income the parent can fully fund a Roth IRA for the kids.



Been there done that.....both my daughters used a portion of their Roth that I funded for them in High School for down payment on their 1st homes.

If you work hard and have a skill set to match success and wealth is yours for the taking
