It seems that Citadel has been hosing every rally and has a near endless supply to sell

A friend who was a market maker for years commented on a situation like this during a previous market downturn, that MMs are sometimes stuck trying to unload huge blocks from clients forced into liquidation of some accounts due to being over leveraged and getting hit with a margin call

I think that could be an explanation for a big part of the supply of shares on the offer
