$40 million???Lol!! I doubt they were even able to raise $3 million they were looking for in 2017 on that abandoned website!

Three years earlier than 2020.

Think of all the changes in technology that have developed in this world since 2017.

It is very conceivable with 3 additional years of R&D by UPenn that something worth a 40 million capital raise might have been developed.

Heck, a virus hit the US in 2020, what would a sub penny stock be worth in 2021 if they developed a vaccine to that virus?

Would 40 million be difficult to raise?

Not saying CCA has a vaccine but they might NOW have something valuable they didn't have 3 years ago, might they?
