HK, I believe your great information

coupled with great info from several board lawyers (& of course HDG)

proves that Judge Du royally messed up in her ruling for the generics

Since I believe Judge Du is plenty technically and legally bright

the only conclusion that I can come to is

she wanted to rule for the Generics to begin with

I think because of her political bias

She tried her best to web a overall reasonable basis

for her judgement that would stand-up to scrutiny

But Singer, you, and several others on this board

have found large gaps in her basis

I just hope that the 3 judges picked for the appeal

are not political activist judges like Judge Du

and will instead overturn her ruling
