Wow...this is just depressing, depressing, depressing...

AMRN does all the hard work bringing Vascepa to fruition only to have Judge Du's ruling pull the rug out from under us.

It has been such a hard fought battle. This is like Stalingrad for the Germans in WWII. If the appellate court upholds Judge Du's decision, the hopes of making most shareholders whole is about nil. Sure, we will have rest of the world which is great, but generics will be carving out positions until they own the whole market.

AMRN is like a football team grinding out yard after yard going downfield, only to put a generic in the backfield for the last 1-yard plunge into the endzone gaining all the glory.

I think it's time for me to start concentrating on my other investments as AMRN has become a punching bag on Wall Street. Great drug! Company?...meh....

Whoever the hell picked the 9th Circuit should be drawn & quartered.
