I believe you’re correct. I do believe that was already set up for the Quarterly report. I truly believe this weird German tax thing is what is holding up the Quarterly. I was told before the delay when I asked about the warrant extensions that the Quarterly report would more than likely calm investors who were questioning the deal with LP. So, I believe they had already heard Umibe’s concerns before the delay. Either way, it’s all good stuff from what I can see. And, I believe Umibe is a smart and dedicated investor, so whatever happened, if he’s happy, I’m happy.
