The problem here is neither Pacific Banking Corp nor Pacific Processing Inc. is a financial institution. They can't take deposits, make wire transfers, create checking accounts, etc. The "statements" from Pacific Banking Corp shown in the lawsuit are not necessarily the actual transactions. They are transferred from O Bee credit union or Chase statements onto Pacific Banking Corp statements. If a Pacific Banking Corp "statement" shows a $1 million "deposit," it can't be with Pacific Banking Corp. It has to be in Pacific Processing (PBC) or GRNF Funds account, or somebody else's account in a financial institution.

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
