What about the 8k that the company issued in MARCH 2012?

Ya know the one that stated that ANYTHING to be paid out ""WILL BE PAID TO PREFERRED EQUITY and COMMON EQUITY on a 75/25 basis for any and all money to be paid out?????

Why is it that LAWYERS LOVE to JUST FORGET those LITTLE THINGS that don't go along with their agenda??????????????????

2.
the value of the shares issued by a company.
"he owns 62% of the group's equity"

NOW you MUST as a ""LAWYER"" understand that when the company issued this 8K that THEY DEEMED BOTH ISSUE AS EQUITY!!!!!!!!!!

Please understand it doesn't matter if preferds were equity before, BUT WITH THIS PR and then this 8K they with this statement MADE PREFRDS EQUITY!!!!!

SO face it ANY MONEY coming back here comes back in the %'s deemed as the PAYOUT MATRIX by the company, which makes it the NEW NORM!!!!!!

You surely know that only the last statement over any issue is the COMMENT THAT STANDS as precedence and over rides any and all PREVIOUS STATEMENTSand that which will be followed!!!
