Yes. They were having quite a bit of trouble raising capital the last few years (I certainly wasn't giving them any more), and late last year had to take that bridge loan from Diwan. The investor climate for viricides has changed quite a bit in the past two months.

You make hay while the sun shines, as they say. Let's make some hay. We've got capital, collaboration interest, and an accommodation FDA. Oh, and a virus pandemic that could really use a nanoviricide if it safely works.
