Yep - at least now they likely have the capital in their pockets to get the Phase I rolling for their Shingles treatment.

1.4 million shares isn't terrible dilution for those of us already here, and that $10 MM will keep the lights on at the shop for a while.

Much better raising the money now than it would have been back end of last year as that would have taken a heck of a lot more shares to raise $10 MM.
