Apparently the company had no interest in their stock. As one member suggested yesterday the company likely has investors/stakeholders that required the company to have public accountability to the SEC. If so then it's plausible those (possible) stakeholders have their own Articles of Incorporation that require them to ensure all of their investments (like BSYN for example) are audited and SEC compliant. Thus, the stock would have become irrelevant.

Just throwing darts at the dartboard since no-one knows for sure why the stock was completely inactive.
