What the Company said was Anavex planned to partner for the PDD indication.
If the company raised money in every other quarter except the recent one with the most favorable price conditions to raise funds but they sold ZERO stock. That is a huge checkered flag that they have lined up another source of funding. I am not buying the "if come and a maybe" on the PA scenario so the alternatives are funding by bond issue, stock sale- equity partnership or development partnership. The later is what the Company said it would do so that is most likely what has happened. I agree one should avoid confirmation bias likewise one should avoid skeptical bias where one would ignore key facts in evidence.
