I had to take a few deep breaths after seeing the crap last night also. It sucks but currently they needed to get cash and have limited options. Now, as far as where did the cash go from a year ago?? That's the big one. They massively overpaid upper management like the were an airline because they didn't even finish the construction.
One question i have about the new 'deal': can the company start converting warrants immediately for a period of 48 months or do they have to wait 48 months before conversion?? I could not tell from the wording in the PR.
