Its a new day and I’m feeling better. I was furious when I saw that last night. Here’s a take I’m going to try and stick to; 10% dilution incoming but it might not matter. Earnings release is next week. If ER is positive, will run hard like ACB. Personally my gamble is that the firm who has 15m to get into 37.5 million shares at .40 is not going to lose money on that deal. They're buying 10% of the company with an option on another 10%. But just take a step back and ask yourself if they'd be buying in without knowledge of positive ER next week? Don't think so..
