Here is my take on AVXL
Donapezil stabilizes AD for 3 months, A2-73 shown to stabilize 2 years or more. So should get approval imo . A3-71 is more potent and the hope is that it adds to the amazing results shown so far in 73 and can be applied to a multitude of CNS disorders. Adding to a pipeline is always good and I agree 73 results has the aussies comfortable to extend to 71. Thoughts?
