ETRADE OTC fees Anyone else dealing with this OTC "Finra" fees on their OTC trades?

I just noticed I'm paying $4.95 to buy $4.95 to sell + a so called FINRA fee based on the number of shares on SALE ONLY transactions EXAMPLE: an additional $5.96 to SELL 94200 shares!

That's $15.86 for an OTC round trip!!!
