How much the cost of Placebo White?

The cost of Hydroxychloroquine is around $37 per 100 tablet. 1 pill is about 37 cents. If you got sick and you could be healed in 24 hours, that $37 is worth every penny. If you get placebo and cannot be saved, how come you said placebo is cheaper?
