It seems as though although Stigma Grow and Acreage Pharms have agreed on the terms of the deal, the courts have yet to decide on whether this makes sense in the restructuring process. Given that they are planning on selling Stigma 100Kg/month (of flower) for a year, it seems a no brainer to me. I'm sure the story will unfold more soon.
