FWIW I contacted Bio.org thru their website a couple of weeks ago and asked if they would consider filing amicus brief on behalf of AMRN. Whether they even saw the email, I am unsure, as I never had a response from them. Possibly they were already formulating their amicus brief after hearing of the adverse patent ruling by Judge Du. If I recall correctly, I cut & pasted some of SouthPacificIslander's dissection of the ruling.

I also contacted an individual via email at the Naples Roundtable requesting the same consideration. Also, no reply. I suppose they have not submitted an amicus brief as of the 5/19 filing date. In both I stated full disclosure of being an Amarin shareholder.

Hoping that some of briefs gain some traction with the panel of 3 judges appointed to hear the appeal.
