The below are new entries in the PACER fling system in the Amarin appeal. They appear to indicate that these two industry groups, Biotechnology Innovation Organization and Aimed Alliance, intend to ask the court for permission to intervene _ likely in the form of amicus briefs. I'm assuming they would back Amarin's position, though the entries don't say so clearly. Here are the entries:
