I did not read / take Markmans' commentary as a requirement but as a "summary".

I will finalize my opinion about "This case does not touch upon any major hot-button policy considerations in the fields of patent law or pharmaceuticals." after I read the 10+ amicus briefs … as a "major hot-button", fairness, innovation, etc. (raised / mentioned on this board) … these (amicus briefs) should be somewhere …
