Absolutely, that's part of the reason why I am calling all of this out. I want Dr. Lee's motive and desire to dissolve EMPM to be thoroughly scrutinized in the courtroom. I would like some reassurance that getting rid of the EMPM bagholders is not Lee's motivation for dissolving EMPM and if it is, that the court recognizes it and prevents Lee from doing so.
