If Lee gets approval to dissolve, won't that be the end of all of us shareholders?

I don't see his intent to keep us in this.

Settle the debts, kick WS and crew out, get rid of all of us, then reinstate as fresh with Lee in total control. Which is his goal anyway.

Seems like WS prevented it from happening sooner. Now it's up to the court.

I had great expectations for Saean. Now I just see loses. Possibly exclusion.
