A thought...……...ask price in USA at $.088
NGW has 181,000,000 shares outstanding as of 12/2019 report on their web sight.
So lets say they issued another 19,000,000 shares during the last few months. For operating expenses and options grants for key employees.
Thereby the market cap is now approx. $.088 x 200,000,000 = $17,600,000.
With the first quarter report due at the end of this month we should see an significant improvement in sales $$$.
Is NGW working on at least sales of $1,500,000 per month. This is an annual rate of $18,000,000.
So with any realistic valuations we should see a market cap to sales ratio of between 4-6 time.
Using 4 times sales 4 x $18,000,000 = $72,000,000
Using these valuations the share price can easily be trading at
$72,000,000/200,000,000 shares = $.36 US dollars per share.
So there you have it my friends. The above logic is why I do continue to buy. And will add to my position as $$$ become available.
