For instance, it's nothing wrong by Les saying the top 100 patients in the trial out of a total of 331 patients lived about 5 years. He was not talking about median OS, or HR or K-M curve about the trial and patients. He was talking to a general audience in a term most would understand better, and in a limited window of a few minute time.

There is something wrong with it. 100 out of 331 is 30%.
30% of the 331 haven't and will not live 5yrs.
If only 28.2% live 3yrs, how the hell is 30% going to live 'about 5yrs'?

The fact that it is a low rent show, where, it would seem, people pay to present, doesn't make it acceptable.

He was talking to a general audience in a term most would understand better, and in a limited window of a few minute time.

He knows he's talking to a smallish, unsophisticated audience. I'd go with you that far.

Doesn't make it OK to distort reality. He was talking about a median, but he made it sound like he was talking in general terms.

LP needs to ensure that when he goes back on, he gives accurate information. If he goes back on after topline, then yes it's OK to give accurate information in the best light.
But not OK to mislead or distort.

That appearance on that show, didn't do the company or its shareholders any favours.

Just my opinion.
