I just posted a reply to someone else on this board on the subject of Vitamin D. My Doc told me years ago to take a D3 supplement and he believes that lab tests on D levels is a waste since nearly everyone who isn't taking a supplement is deficient. That money would be better spend on the supplement which is dirt cheap.
