BTW, when the nurse says "This is going to feel uncomfortable." What they really mean is that it will feel like someone has stuck a blow-torch into the center of your brain and he have to sit quietly while they count for 10 seconds, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9 and a half, 9 and three quarters, 10.

And then they do the other nostril. I have never felt pain like that except for my kidney stone.
