Very exciting, very promising experimental drugs with good lab and clinical results fail far more often than succeed in this very risky business. The CNS road is littered with brilliant hypothesized MOAs that come to naught. So be careful. Be wary of hyperbolic exuberance, aka pumping, that neglect the realities and risks. Be an investor, and stay objective. Some poor folks lost way more than they likely could afford over there.
