All is well in MILVille sir. This R/S is great news IMHO.

It means Hovis has even more than I thought, and must have millions in cash beating the door down to Invest in a sort of IPO offering called an SEC 1-A offering/filling for MILV, if Paul is right, and he is 2 for 3 so far in his calls. And his claim that an SEC 1-A is coming is a version of the S-1 I said was coming, near as I can tell so far.

$MILV party is coming!!!!
