Mont-the more I analyze Singer's brief the better chances I think we have. Singer points out that other drugs pre vascepa did not raise LDL in pt with less than 500 trigs (even lowered LDL) yet raised LDL in pt over 500 trigs. Thus pt with over 500 trigs have a mechanism to increase LDL when lowering their trigs.

If so--Mori doesn't make vascepa obvious--the fact that epa didn't raise LDL (significantly) in pt lower than 500 trigs (and DHA did) has no showing that vascepa will also not increase LDL in pt with trigs over 500.

Hence we should win the obvious argument itself w/out the sec. cons. which could be a remand.

From 60% I would go to 80%---I don't think politics is an issue at the app. level like other posters.
