-Yourist's own the shell and they have a vested interest already in BudTrader
-LVCA no change in SS in 6 years, updates daily, has no debt, and restricted already over 70%
-Current LVCA shareholders getting 20% of BudTrader, imo the Yourist's will be using the current SS for the merger as they already have over 70% of the shares restricted

The Company and BudTrader have initiated negotiations intended to result in completion and execution of a definitive equity exchange agreement (the “Agreement”) defining all of the material terms of the Acquisition on or before May 31, 2020.
