If Paul was right about an SEC 1-A filling to raise millions in cash for a full blown biotech, it makes all the sense in the world.

Nasdaq requires a $4/share price, and a pile of cash and assets for an Uplist. Today's Tgtx biotech did an over night R/S, 1:4000 from .001 to $4 (I bought all the sells all by myself at .001 in 2009) in 2010 it did the R/S of dead Biotech at .001 and over night was on Nasdaq.

Months later Cramer on Mad money was pumping it at $18/share.

MILV has way more R/M into this beast. Same shareholders, own 100% of the float and we took it to .01 in 3 days, and .009 many times.

.01 R/S is now $10/shares with only 290,000 Mil share float.

$MILV PR with the BBB crossing Biotech hits a 290,000 share float, then a PepsiCo drink line with Millions in cash at $4/share and MILV will set records, it will be a critical mass that Nukes short position back the bone yard of zombie ville.
