Even though he didn't say fully licensed in Cannabis, there's not a jury in the country that wouldn't rule the Tweet was well beyond misleading and forward looking statements... You might want to include the investor who's been stating upcoming revenues as "Fact" for the past year and a half starting with the fictitious farm.
