What are your thoughts on management and directors all vacating their positions?
Necessary step with whatever corporate restructuring occurs?

It is certainly a positive that they are holding their stock (at a substantial loss) still, moving into this next phase, regardless of being directly involved any longer.

I cannot find any real info on Patricia Smart nor Magenta. That part is very weird, and unlike HENC in terms of so vague. But hey, it’s something.
