Jus -

4 things I'm waiting for before abandon:
1) Closing of FDIC Receivership,
2) Consolidated SEC reporting out of COOP, that includes the holding company, WMIH,
3) resolution of MBS assets to Equity holders, and
4) Major holders of COOP that abandon.

I think all these item will benefit COOP in varying ways.
