The Bloomberg piece you posted is mostly about high-yield (a/k/a junk) munis, which I’ve never had any interest in for the reason mentioned in #msg-155281501.

Investment-grade munis have had a nice rebound from the March low, and it’s looking more and more likely that Congress will authorize additional direct payments to states, counties, and cities.
