Several reasons

- was told that Passalaqua puts that in all his RM but doesn't always follow though

- returning 2/3 of the shares to the treasury, made me think that a 1000 to 1 RM was no longer necessary

- Believing OTC market OS shares are correct, thinking a more realist RS would have been 100 to 1 RS to leave 4.75 million outstanding not 475,000

If they deliver a drug delivery system that crosses the blood brain barrier these presplit shares will still reach a 5 to 10 cents value. IMHO.
