It will be more than 30 days, he'll blame it on the ones doing the testing... Ol' Con Man Dwyer will delay it past the 3rd qtr because he doesn't have any revenues to report... His faithful and gullible investors fell for all the delays (excuses) Dwyer put on them during the buildout... Remember the vent pipe??? Too funny... He'll stall this group into next year with ease... the first two years have been easy for him.
