I agree with your post. The SEC will never admit they lost. The sanctions are a strong possibility. You cannot base a decision on what it may cause in the future, you must base the decision on current facts. DBMM won the case. Options for SEC, drag out the decision as long as possible or istall sanctions, admit no wrong doing, and move on. The SEC is a corrupt government agency that does not follow its own mission statement. They always find a way to show a perception of winning, but losing the case in court. They will not be kind to DBMM in the future if this decision stands and moves forward. Lawsuits are always out there. How many can you count with this terrible deadly virus. Lawyers cannot wait to file these claims.
