Merger with Timber Pharma has been confirmed yesterday during AH. Looking to see a climb to $0.90S today.

RTTR
Vote to merge with Qualigen is happening 12pm EST. It's already supporting nicely at $0.65, this should see $1 by the time PR is out on the merger.
