You are completely wrong. The EMA has nothing to do with an already existing MHRA authority to approve drugs for use only in the UK. Then NICE, AWMSG (All Wales Medicines Strategy Group), SMC (Scottish Medicines Consortium), DoH (Northern Ireland’s Dept. of Health) assess for cost guidance, etc. You seriously believe after the entire Brexit affair the government is going to allow Europe to decide what drug/treatments England is going to be allowed to use?
