To be fair, I doubt ALPP is the top of the auditors priority list. I'm sure they have larger clients that will be prioritized first. This is nothing but an update, but the OTC will probably make a game out of it which is fine, ill use it as a chance to get some more discounted shares!! Keep in mind as well, regardless if the 10k is coming 1 day after or 15 days, they had to file with the SEC or fail compliance. Did anyone really expect alpp to release ontime during a crises while the last several releases have been NT- 10K?
