Just to clear things up very simply for you, El Alacran Gold Mine Corp. has
absolutely nothing to do with any of the previous entities that are listed as
reverse splits.

EAGM is its own entity, own management, own ownership, own staff/miners, and has
no link to any previous management or ownership from previous entities listed
under the reverse splits.
