Lets hope that even in our polarized Liberal-Conservative politic thinking of today, that the "learned" justices of the Federal Appeals court can stay above the fray and make clear reasoning and fairness their utmost priority quite unlike the doolally Judge Du. There has been a egregious misapplication of the Law, with all the errors we discuss ad nauseam daily--the question is not whether these Judges think that generics are a good thing, or low drug prices are good for society or even that Du is a clubbable person, but much more about the principles of conduct they learned in Law school and swore to when they took office. The problem is these Judges are all politically appointed at some stage or another, and therein lies the rub.
